Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited, one of India’s leading electric vehicle manufacturers, has partnered with SpeedForce, a prominent two-wheeler service chain, to strengthen the after-sales service and market reach of its Joy e-bike brand. SpeedForce, which has an extensive network of over 1,000 service centers, will now cater to Joy e-bike customers, offering professional servicing and maintenance. Operating in more than 350 locations, SpeedForce services around 150 vehicles per outlet each month. By joining forces with Wardwizard, SpeedForce will also provide sales support, enabling Joy e-bike to connect with over 50,000 new customers every month. This partnership is particularly significant for underserved regions like Northeast India, where dedicated service centers are limited.
Through this collaboration, Joy e-bike customers will benefit from easy access to genuine spare parts and skilled technicians for comprehensive vehicle maintenance. Additionally, SpeedForce’s expertise in digital tools and its trained EV professionals will help ensure a reliable and efficient service experience.
